Polyfloral Honey
This honey delighted me firstly for its consistency - It is unusually thick for a multi floral. It is very smooth on the palate, and its flowery aroma is highly delicate. I particularly enjoyed it directly spread on white bread to savor the full taste. It suits also my cup of black tea pared with a dash a milk. Lastly, I used this honey for seasoning some boiled vegetables, such as peas and carrots, marinating them with honey, vinegar and olive oil.
Forest Honey
This honey surprised me with its intensity of taste and aroma. I immediately associate it with winter time and recipes, such as a dark chai tea or warm brown bread. I use in the kitchen for this honey can be marinating the read meat with black pepper and smoked sea salt.
